Is it truly a question of principles? Disagreement over the Allah issue perhaps?
Seems pretty nonsensical to me. The Pakatan stance on the Allah issue has been clear from the very beginning – why leave now, and not then?
For Zahrain, was it only after revelations of lobbying to get a multimillion contract awarded to a RM 2 company that he felt perhaps PKR had not been true to its goals after all?

Some speak of an independent 3rd force. In principle, this may not be a bad thing.
But let’s look at the quality of people making up this current ’3rd force’ – rejects not only from PR or BN, but both; people investigated (and subsequently, wonder of wonders, cleared) by the MACC; and so on. I don’t think that’s the healthy 3rd force we’re looking for in this country.
Anyone truly dedicated to change knows that it doesn’t come easily. I think time is easily telling who will persevere out of integrity and passion, and who is perfectly willing to abandon ship when the going gets tough.
ps- there are rumours of another MP having been seen cavorting decadently with BN people, but I’ll leave out unsubstantiated stuff for now.

By chance if you know him, I’ll appreciate if you could ask him whether does he understand the word “SHAME” (Melayu cakap MALU)??? What’s even more SHAMEFUL is that Pakatan Rakyat leaders such as DAP’s LIM KIT SIANG & ANWAR IBRAHIM himself are giving NON CONSTRUCTIVE EXCUSES by blaming UMNO for buying over Pakatan Rakyat’s newly declared independent MPs. Come on’, dudes!!! Don’t simply shoot without knowing how to even operate a gun, will ya??? Always speak with CONSTRUCTIVE proofs!!!
The beautiful DREAM of Barisan Nasional going hiatus seems to be just an ILLUSION by now & the dream of Pakatan Rakyat taking over Putrajaya seems to be just a mere CERITA DONGGENG. I believe in another 5-6 years down the line, our NEXT GENERATION will go to school to learn their HISTORY lessons & only to come back home asking their parents what on earth does it mean by a “ONE TERM WONDER”. It will certainly amuse me to answer my kids….”ONE TERM WONDER = PAKATAN RAKYAT”. It’s similar to a WET DREAM of which NEVER materializes but only to get the fun feeling of it.
Judging from past & current events, I foresee BARISAN NASIONAL gaining a BIGGER WIN come the next General Election. Perhaps, they would even fare much better than 2004. Should my prediction be CORRECT, ‘the rakyat’ can well be prepared to FORGET about Pakatan Rakyat from today onwards. They are fighting a WAR without whatsoever DIRECTION & PURPOSE.
I hope to be wronged but I need CONCRETE ACTIONS & CONSTRUCTIVE RESULTS to show I’m indeed talking rubbish. Lastly, Good Luck to all Pakatan Rakyat MPs & please, please, please prove me WRONG.

Put it this way….’the rakyat’ voted/choose the candidate, while, the candidate was chosen by the party. Thus if the candidate were to be bribed over, shouldn’t it be the party that is to be blame??? After all, it’s the party’s fault who didn’t bother screening & evaluate their candidate before putting their name on the ballot paper. It’s the party who simply adopted the ‘TIDAK APA’ attitude resulting their own candidate to jump party.
Having all said…regardless whether is a self-will move or even a bribed move, we should all point fingers to none other than Pakatan Rakyat themselves. Even in school, teachers always tell students that if you do your work without checking it properly….mistakes are inevitable.

sad to say a lot of NS DAP state assemblyperson are sleeping and has problem conversing in Bahasa Malaysia let alone attacting future Malay voters.
