In honesty, the remark about not having enough cops to patrol places of worship may have escaped my attention if not for this particular gem from our IGP:

I’m afraid the arsonists are rather toothless. Unless I’m uninformed, all the attacks on churches are failed. None of the cocktails detonated. So it’s either the arsonist have no intention of damaging the churches, or they aren’t very good at making a molotov.

But then again, if you really want to push for chaos you might as well burn down the churches straight away right? It will be so fast that no one can react, the police can blame it on lack of staff, the government can call for emergency, and then proceed with securing the state. Even better if this happens nationwide, they can declare all states under emergency. Maybe except Kelantan, but good enough.
So far the christian community has been a cool head and this is good. But I worry, what if the same arsonist throwing the fire bombs at churches starts throwing them at mosques as well?
They are using all their resources to hunt down the oppositions for every little things that are said. A very clear indication is the thousands of police from throughout the country were sent to a by-election, for what, to intimidate and record all the ceramah speeches to see whether they can find any fault to arrest. Not enough police to look after the churches and still cannot catch the culprit…..

They should have brought the army in, since this is I much suspect, is foreign-infiltrated terrorism and act of (illegal) war! I really suspect this is the work of Al-Qaeda footsoldiers, especially foreign ones, who are trying to cause chaos like in Pakistan, Afghanistan and so on, and “Clash of Civilization” phenomena, so that distress non-Muslims will leave in droves out of Malaysia. Thus, I suspect, that this is to ensure al-Qaeda pure Islamic country is achievable, and ultimately to control the oil, especially in Sabah. We can notice they only target oil-rich Islamic/partly Islamic-ruled countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Sudan and Yemen, since the oil is diminishing in the Middle East! Thus, Intelligence must really be also placed in all mosques, universities, schools and Muslim NGOS – to save the younger generation of Malaysian Muslims from being brainwashed by vile Al-Qaeda kind of Dark age Islam, and save the Malaysian non-Muslims from being attacked, discriminated and harassed unjustly, and ending up hating Malaysia and wanting to leave!

It wouls be best if you do not take these type of polls. Its best if you took a poll that clears the air that religion and party politics should not mix. Keep the state and religion separate. It would be better.

I think it would be best to sent the cops to guard the mosques than the churches, for I fear the “arsonist ” will start to burn the mosque and blame in on retaliation. Then what?
Fact no. 1: PDRM has all along shown more interest in going after Pakatan Rakyat people than criminals since this will earn them more brownie points fromtheir political masters.
Fact no. 2: PDRM is not interested in going after the arsonists since Najib and Hishammuddin had already given tacit ok to [any form of[ protests in the first place.
