I always get so incredibly irritated when cops arrest people for stupid reasons.
The two PKR Youth leaders detained by police here yesterday for circulating leaflets alleged to be seditious have been placed on remand for three days beginning today.
They were arrested after Friday prayers at a mosque here while circulating leaflets calling on the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Court to expedite hearing of the sodomy case involving PKR advisor Anwar Ibrahim.
I mean, what for goodness sake is seditious about flyers asking for a trial to be expedited?? What exactly is the need to hold them for 3 days again??
Such trigger happy tendencies display an over-sensitivity that I can only attribute to ridiculous levels of government insecurity over the way it is running the country, and levelling unbelievable criminal charges against political opponents.
Next thing I know, I’ll be hauled up because my book has a picture of Altantuya on it :P
What else do you expect the police to do except to arrest people they are told to ? They don’t know how to arrest the bad guys (they are also the bad guys) and besides they are learning and taking instructions from their leaders. They are not trained to.
Their leaders are taking instructions from their pay master , not the people the real master, but Najib at the moment ! Otherwise their employment contract will not be extended. Then retire with MR47,000,000- in the Bank Account. Got it ? Just so simple.
i believed polices have done good jobs for arresting those troubles makers. the contry need peacefull moment to run the country. dont distract people to do good jobs. many people on the ground are out of jobs and these people if got extra money to print and distribute leaflets…might as well you go to help the jobless people.
anyway…these politicians are rich already, because of greet, they need more money and the world is not enough! they simply dont care people on the street with no job. ..Just leave it to the court and dont distract people to help people!
