Dear Reader, i want to share my experince with you people about racism in malaysia, i use to live in malaysia from 2007 to 2009 I Was a student in so called GOON INSTITUTE of international business management i was a resident at CHAGAI CONDO IN CHERAS Bander permaisuri block B 7_13A my landlord name is Mr KAMARUDIN. I was forcefully enject out of malaysia by the police from Pudu POLICE DEPARTMENT spear headed by chife inspector NOR BIN IBRAHIM SEYFUDE in an operation called tageting blacks perosnal properties.
On the nite of novermeber 12 _2009 at 11:30 pm i was deep at sleep a team of seven police officer Two women and Five men break into my apartment and arrested me , without any warrant and motive.Am holder of student ID with the GOON instute NO GOON/DBS209/0075 and passport number 511431
After the death of my father on the 1st of Jan 2009, i travel to My country and back to malaysia ,with a valid student pass, i extended my student pass with my institution, pass NO (Reg.13(3) REF NO BVP/STU/16021/1//12039, issue 08MAY 2009 up till 24/08/2009 they justt give me three month, after paying (8OOO)RM Eight thousnd malaysia ringgit, with the promise of issuing the remaining 9month later , that is the new immigration Law on foriegn student. After three month, the school refuse to issue me the remaining 9month, and ask me to pay more money , as i was puting more pressure unto the school at there same time i reported the matter to the p police , they promise to investigate with the school befor taken any decision. after my visa has expire, they took my passport and ask me to come in a month time, later they say two month and it was going uptill three month, befor i know the police was knocking on my door, the school have inform the police and give them my address , not the immigration but there same police station i report before, which mean the school inform thier friend working with the police with special interest to forcefuly remove me out of the country.I was surprise to see a team of Seven police officer at my door asking me for passport, i told them is with the school , and even show them my reciept that i have paid my fee, and photo copy of my passport. They arrested me, that same day they came with a truck, i was so surprise they pack all my personal belonging , my expensive set chairs, gas cooker, clothes, LCD tv, music set all my dresses and a host of other house item that can make a student comfortable, they took from cash up too Two thousand Dollars, and replace it with printed US DOLLARS , and they show me a prepare document from the school that am not attending classes that i have to be deported, and after 14 days from the police lock up the inspector of police who came to my house charge with Black money , and showed me a prepare report from my school , and from the US Embassy that they money to took from my house was a counterfite money, and they ask me for 5 thousand dollars, not to be charge , because if am charge i will spend maximun 7 years in the jail, and they give me phone to call my family, my sister transfer 15000 Riggit to my friend, who later paid 8000ringgit to inspector NOR at the pudu police station cheras kular lumpur, i was not charge, but send to the immigration department in Damasara and later transfer to a camp in Seremban and i was deported on the 8/12/2009 after i bought my own ticker, nobody in the immigration care to investigate the report by the ploice, after it was written that i cheated an Italian man of Fifty thousand Dollars. An immigration officer ask me of my crime, i say i don;t know, he say you black bloody baster how come you don;t know why you are here , then i ask another who told me in my report, i cheated some body of fifty thousand dollars, then i ask him how come am in the immigration , not in the jail, course cheating is a crime, and must be punishble by the law.
Dear friends, malaysia;s citizen, NGO, members of the goverment what has the black people done to you, all my time in malaysia, i have never run into any police problem not in the black list, i can prove my story that is why i put those concer address and telephone number, my landlord name address and phone number.
Dear Africans is that not enought abuse of power and too much racism to the highest level, judge me and ask other Africans who mush have had similar incident.
If you follow my story and get to my address ask my neighbour my whereabouts, they will tell u am the hardest criminal in the interpol most wanted list, i have been arrested and now in the jail, if you tell them am in my country, they will tell you can;t be possible, the malaysia goverment by press alway let the population to known that all the crime commited in malaysia is been done by the foreigner mostly African people, of which the police in malaysia perpetrate most of the crime against the African people, and is not reported to the press. Even hard line IRAN, COMMUNIST NORTH KOREA? AND TALIBAN REGIME can;t perpetrate or demostrate this can of head crime or racism against the African people or any race in the world. The goverment is playing politic with its people, by using the African people to show the population, how the malaysia goverment can fight foreign crime.
On the other hand, am not only blaming the malaysia goverment,i do agree some of the Africa are bad , and have commited crime in malaysia, but to pick a certain race and make sarcastical statement is not acceptable in modern world.
Malaysia should blame thier greedy politician , police officer immigration who are aware of all this crime if they realy exist , course they are part of it,they also profite as well as the population profite from it as long as they support thier political leaders.
After all i don;t blam malaysians, i want to blam the political leaders in our Africa, with all this crime perpetrate against the African throught the world, what has they done to improve the image of Africa.

This email has been circulated for a long long time.I wonder how true this email is.

It could have been the works of 1 person who doesn't like the uni / college in concern,so circulate criticism against them.

Intellectually, I absolutely agree with you that racial profiling is as reprehensible as racism.
But we are human and certain things are not within the purview of rational reasoning. For instance, respect earned is respect given even if we do not want to give it.
Perception too, is of the same genre. It is determined by our experiences and formulates our beliefs and prejudices.
We are the product of our environment. The behavior and mannerisms of the occupants of the said environment make us who we are.
I am sorry if I appear argumentative but I assure you I have said my piece and henceforth shall keep my own council.
Thank you sir for your patience.

Mr. Nat, I commend your stance on racism. But in this case, the term 'knee-jerk' reaction, comes to mind.
I may be mistaken and you did not come forth with the relevant information that you did investigate the veracity of the said email and you are certain in your mind that it is a genuine case of racism and not a real law and order problem.
You understand a reader's predicament I dare say.

nat: Mr. Das, thank you for your response. I made no comment regarding the veracity of the case or issues raised. I am only saying that we should not approach this as a problem regarding a group of people defined by race, but rather as each individual case merits. All law and order problems should be dealt with as exactly that, and not as problems regarding certain races or nationalities.

Nat, you were more exposed to universal students during ur Uni days in USA. Thus you understand them better. I agree with you that we should not discrimanate against skin color. Malaysians as a whole are are not exposed to universal students in a big way. They are now slowly being exposed at some local universities that caters for foreign students. I spend some time and effort in doing social work for foreign students in Malaysia. Generally, students from Central Asia and Africa are indeed not so easy to handle. Their value system about mannerism, curtesy, politeness, etc are different from what we are generally used to. I may say that they are generally more aggressive. Thus, it is this conflict that is sometimes vented through skin colors. We need an avenue to handle the problem cases so that it does not get mixed with racial n color tones.

Some foregn migrant workers and students, are creating problem and suffering to Malaysians. And the Malaysian Govt is covering it up, because the corporations need such cheap labour and students (for profit sake - many of these students are also bogus ones). I myself, despite being an activist, have been sexually harassed many times, and have defended other women/girls, and made numerous police reports, against such violent foreigners (who have no respect for women due to their racist and sado-masochistic CULTURE - we are not talking about race here, so the racism accusation will not simplistically be manipulated here!) from Java, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Mindanao. THis is the hard reality. So Instead of defending them blindly like a pretentious hard-left, I would suggest that you do demand investigation especially on such sexual violence and that these workers and students who violate the laws and harassed women/girls and other locals here, be sent home! But I find Karen Burmese and Nepalese Gurkhas very respectful towards women/girls and local customs! Don't sound like those primitive men who think women only know how to make up stories when it comes to sexual violence!

I received this email long ago, as I am from the same university mentioned. In any case, I cannot confirmed the existence of the crime and the behavior of these students, as I never came across such.

As for drugs, there are several notices around the school and hostel warning students against drug abuse or risk arrest and expulsion. Same thing goes for alcohol, the hostel forbids students bringing alcohol into the hostel premises, although they still drink right outside the premises.

As for assignments, I hear some students would normally exploit loopholes in the system, although this isn't limited to Africans. But one particular case angers me. In this one case, a girl from Botswana was supposed to fail her semester because she never attended class. The school told her parents about it, and they didn't believe the school, used the race card, and threatened to sue the school for being racist. The school in the end gave her a free semester, but she still never came for class.

Personally I never had any bad experience with them, but the way they act sometimes gave me a bad impression of them as a whole. So maybe it's a social thing.

Feels bad man =(
