It serves as a very useful weapon to help the clowns in the PDRM who are unable to finalise investigation papers to close the case. It also more than helps Judges not to look for V K Lingam of correct,correct. correct fame to write out Judgment papers for them. It also helps to reduce sudden deaths in Police Lockups. Imagine, a huge country like USA with the most criminals in penitentiaries had no case of death in lock ups but a wee country like Malaysia gains fame and glory for the number of deaths in Police lock ups. As the ISA is doing such great help to the country it would be sheer madness for irresponsible NGOs and others of their ilk to ask for the ISA to be withdrawn in its entirety or partly. Who will save all these clowns in the Political world and Security services and the Judiciary if the ISA is withdrawn.
