Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I see the hands of Najib (ie, Rosmah) permeating law enforcement and the judiciary.
Any conviction against Anwar at this point would be perfect for Rosmah/Najib. They don’t even need to put him in jail, a conviction and a fine is enough to achieve their mischief. Transfering the case from someone that can’t be bought to someone who can sounds like their perfectly standard modus operandi.
While Malaysians take hope that democracy needs not opulent halls but can flourish even under a simple tree, the scoundrels seek to oppress and oppress some more – desperate to cling on to illegitimate power.
Remember when Najib issued threats against all those who dare to speak out against corruption? Looks like he’s made good on that threat.

1. The speaker’s salary was paid through a consolidated fund from the state,
2. The legislative branch is part of the state government, according to the state constitution, and,
3. The speaker is a public officer according to the relevant laws and is part of the state government.

“public office” means an office in any of the public services;
“public officer” means a person lawfully holding, acting in or exercising the functions of a public office;
“public services” means the public services mentioned in Article 132(1) of the Federal Constitution;
Article 132(1) of the Federal Constitution lists out several public services such as the armed forces, the judicial and legal services, the police service and the general public service. In a nutshell, the public services are what is commonly called government service or civil service.
But Article 132(3)(b) is instructive. It categorically states that “the public service shall not be taken to comprise” the Speakers of Parliament and the Legislative Assemblies of the State.

He maintained that it was not a bribe, but a payment for “support and coordination services.”. Abdul Razak Baginda must be brought into account on this corruption charge as a start..
Also a letter and petition to the UN and EU (since a French company is also involved indirectly) to convict the Special Branch Force especially the Director of the Special Branch, Musa Safrie, who has not even be implicated in this since it was on his order that his two men who murdered Altantuya, took Altantuya in the first place and why did they bring the explosives in the beginning if this has not been planned even before they took her? So the murder was already planned, probably right from the beginning of that phone call by the Director of the Special Branch, Musa Safrie. Further, Malaysians have suffered long enough with this extremely secretive, brutal and sadist force, the Special Branch, where they have been involved in many deaths in custody of suspects which I am sure are involved, in the death of the unfortunate Kugan and many other unjust but non-investigated deaths in custody.

Even as I’m typing this, tears welled up in my eyes and rolled down my cheeks. I can’t stop thinking of her. She was young and energetic and I used to see her almost everywhere day in day out. We used to go all round the country together, enjoying all the beauty that our beloved country had to offer. Back in my home state, Perak, I see her welcoming me with open arms. Then I had to move up north to Penang. I thought I’ve lost her then, but no, she followed me. How glad and happy was I to see her.
But now, all those are distant memories of her. All that is left is mere ashes of her, for she is gone. DEMOCRACY is DEAD! May She Be Resurrected!

if the speaker need to be represented by the state legal adviser.. then, the legal adviser have to take instructions from his/her client, ie… the speaker and cannot act on his own… but the question is … did he took instructions from the speaker???? Sivakumar can use him against zambri… by giving instruction to his lawyer (state legal adviser)
