Razak Baginda breaks his silence. I don’t think I have much to add to the Malaysiakini article, except maybe… loyalty pays?…. (for now, at least).
I didn’t comment earlier on how suspicious and irregular it was that the prosecution did not appeal the judge’s decision not to acquit Razak Baginda without even calling for his defence.
That’s not a comment on whether I believe Razak Baginda is guilty or not.
Nonetheless, compare that with – for example – the prosecution’s mind boggling obsession with having Anwar’s case transferred to the High Court.
Maybe I just missed it (I can be pretty scatter brained), but did anyone actually give a good, plausible reason why the case should in fact be transferred to the High Court?
I don’t remember hearing any persuasive arguments or good legal grounds. Can anyone enlighten me?

Razak Bahinda says Nazib and Rosmah not involved, all are just perception and highlighted by media. So the Mongolian Girl is a perception, she was a figment of media. Anwar sodomy is a perception created by the media. Bala P.I> is a perception and a imaginery person who does not exist as he has exited. All that is happening in malaysia is perception. Badawi is not going to hand over power as this is a perception. I am in deep sleep, wake up when reality comes.
Why should they appeal? Who’s to gain when this bugger is free? More crap can be said to support their lies when this guy is free. It is so damn obvious and the laws were written to protect these monkeys.
