The Internal Security Act is meant for terrorists who wants to overthrow the Government by force with the use of arms hence threatening the security of the Nation.Definitely not civilians who happens to have apposing view with the Government.
The supreme court should make a ruling on the correct interpretation to Parliament and the Government .The US supreme court makes ruling on matters relating to the interpretation of the Law where it is cursory not understood by the Government.
Can RPK and Theresa Kok apply to the Supreme Court to get the correct interpretation?
Parliament should also consider to establish a non-partisan Oversight Committee to ensure that implementation of Government policies are proper devoid of transgressions.
When the new government takes over, i ‘m for this witch hunt to put this people under an extended ISA but modified for those in the BN government for all the bloody wrongs they did to the people.Even former PM s who use the ISA will be answerable .No escape for them as they need to taste their own medicine.

The wounded bull is behaving a like a mad bull. Logic and reasons are no longer a yardstick to administer the land. Everyone in his eyes is a ‘urban terrorist’, I sense ISA will be used as unreasonably, to curb govt critics…even constructive criticisms. If the change of govt is not realized, the decay of Democracy is already glaring strongly in our eyes, eventually it will be diminished.
More patriots must be prepared to stand up to this evil UMNO led govt. Sacrifices have to made, to topple this these bunch of scumbags.

The Cabinet ministers should all be ISA-ed for terrorism.
They are terrorising us the Rakyat with all these arrests, ISAs.
bombaysapphire, Confucius says: “Don’t do unto others what you don’t want others do unto you.” If the new govt applies ISA to anyone, I would be the first one to jump! Whatever wrongs committed, give them the due legal process, which is exactly what we all demand now.
The biggest liar and instigator of race tension on this land who still roams free is “the dentist from Selangor” Khir Toyo who causes Teresa Kok to be detained under ISA. Under this context, all these political arrests only reinforce one conclusion: justice must prevail, down the BN!
