What we must do is aim for QUALITY – not quantity! When the new government is in place, what needs to be done is to provide retraining opportunities for the entire police force, to enable them to acquire new occupational skills; then many would be in a position to create new careers for themselves, with the help of a generous gratuity if they accept voluntary retrenchment. RPK is the best man to be offered the post of honorary IGP – at least for a few years, or until he successfully oversees the complete overhaul of PDRM.

Anyway, our next Prime Minister DSAI just said all these grouses,grievances,complaints,dissatisfactions,heart-aches and headaches,murmurings,grumblings,moanings and groanings are going to end with ‘birth’ of a new Malaysia.

polis is the gangster friend. it’s a known secret.

just look at the case of millions ringgit drug missing in the polis headquater in the johor. what a shame!!!

a total reform is required for the polis force.
