By charging Anwar for the offence of consensual anal sex with a person of the same sex, the prosecution is in effect prosecuting him for the “crime of homosexuality”.

its a pity the doctor missed out on mentioning in his SD the alleged 3 days that he was under police detention. Kind off a major thing to not include don’t you all think?

“if Anwar is guilty, Saiful is guilty” – but what is there for that bugger to lose??? He already sold out the whole Malaysia for the sake of secret deal he has with the powers that be. Neraka is waiting for him, all I can say.

One minor point: it is personal bond of RM20k, not a bail, set by the presiding judge. There is obviously some significance legally, which is not my cup of tea. And no surety and passport not surrendered. Judge concerned is SM Komathi Suppian. Kudos!
