Anwar in Permatang Pauh

Looks like Kulim, Bandar Tun Razak, etc, was all smokescreen, true to form. Perhaps I should learn to trust my ‘inside’ sources a little more :)

It’ll be quite an affair, and we’ll see what else the powers that be want to throw at Anwar in the meantime. Will they arrest him? Well, don’t forget that an ISA detainee won a seat in the last elections.

A short tribute here to Kak Wan – a wonderful human being who has carried quite a burden for a decade now. I think she will enjoy semi-retirement, and hope she’ll have more time to spend with her grandchild.. :)

Meanwhile, PAS affirms their loyalty to Pakatan. I have a strange feeling Nasha’s future may be dimming.. Musam perhaps? Mere speculation.

    Fairdinkum ,
at last I can rest on my laurels that the moment of truth has arrived at our doorsteps. I wish DSAI the very best of luck and evrything else in the quest to win this by-election hands down. Most of all come hell or high waters he’s most welcomed to my fire ( an Aussie term for home ). God Bless Us All, Amen.

The road to Putrajaya is getting closer!!!
    DSAI, save the nations!!!!

Saiful, siaplah engkau! Baik berambus dari Malaysia sekarang!!!

This is stupidity on Anwar’s part. He has lost his best successor/asset in Parliament, once he gets arrested, which will happen. Guess some PKR MP has to resign later on then, to make way for Wan Azizah to return to parliament.

I frankly prefer Wan Azizah to be PM than Anwar Ibrahim. Anwar should make a self-sacrifice for the good of the country and the opposition.

    Another Breaking News!!!
MCA, Gerakan, MIC, SNAP and some of the MP from UMNO will jump to PR soon!
The reason is simply because they had lose confidence on the BN govt leadership!
All the Party Leader will make a Press Conference in due time!
DSAI road to Putrajaya is on track!
Change of federal govt on 16th September 2008 is still on!

  • Kak Wan will be an idle choice for PM. In this case DSAI will not have to rush in becoming PM even though this is what most of us are craving for. BN especially UMNO is now sinking into the abyss. We are seeing how down right dirty they can get in trying to paint the Pakatan Rakyat state governments in a bad light. You see, Umno and BN are going down therefore they will not stop hitting below the belt. They are bankrupt in ideas.

That is why I feel it is better for Kak Wan to be PM first before DSAI takes over in the near future. Should DSAI become PM any time soon, the Umno/BN goons and the 4th Floor Boys will have a field day concocting all sorts of crap to discredit and destroy a PR government with DSAI as PM. With Kak Wan, there ain’t nothing these Umno/BN jabronees can conjure up that can discredit her…More http//margeemar.blogspot.com

    dear peoplepower,

People like you who will cause public disorder. Stop making bad rumors.

Azizah is good for being loyal for her husband, even though his husband is a crook person.

Prove to us that he IS indeed the democratic reformer that he claims himself to be. Do things the right way, two wrongs don’t make a right, so don’t go screaming names of those in BN. Respect for Kak Wan. PAS is playing some game eh? did they not very recently say that their union with Pakatan is just a convenient marriage and they can go wherever they choose to go?

Permatang Pauh will never go to BN.
They know Anwar Ibrahim as well as Wan Azizah.
Anwar Ibrahim has managed Pakatan Rakyat excellently.
PM position needs someone with strong leadership, wisdom, ability, courage, faith, dignity , integrity and more; one that can look the whole world in the face. It is not a simple job as Pak Lah thought.

  • Husam Musa, you say?

Well, I think he is not bad you know … Hmmnnnn.. good good ….

    Madam,

I tip my hat to you. Never has a woman done more for her husband and her country.

The accolade “A woman of susbtance” is rightfully yours should you accept. If I am a Guiness Stout’s top management member, your name will be on the list.

God bless. We will remember your contributions to the Rakyat, Sultan, and country..

Wait a minute. Didn’t dsai claim that he was about to announce his plans to contest in a by election right before his aide accused him of sodomy? But it seems that he has only now decided on a seat to contest. Unless he meant that he was merely going to announce that he wa planning to contest in a by election. But we all know this anyhow so what’s there to announce? Just wondering about the basis of his claims.

And smokescreen? Or were they failed attempts? :p

Further, if it was anyone but dsai changing his mind about a parliament seat to contest, I’m sure everyone would start branding that person a liar, I would think.

  • After watching Harold and Kumar 2, I realise that Permatang Pauh doesn’t matter.

  • No match to this lady of virtue

Datuk Seri Dr. Wan Azizah is a spotless woman of courage, integrity, credibility, humility and has a disposition worthy of being emulated. Every woman, mother, sister, wife who stands virtuous before God and her man will be able to spot the beauty of this lady miles away.

But to our beleaguered PM, she is not worthy before her voters. Oh my God, there he goes again shooting himself in his foot. And likewise his predecessor had nothing but venomous statements about her. Do we still call them ‘gentlemen’?

Ask any right thinking citizen and they will easily re-affirm that there are none in the country within the hallways of the ruling government party (BN) who can or have spouses to match Dr. Wan’s resolute will, commitment and loyalty to country and citizens alike.

This is not the time to feel slighted dear politicians if your wives do not measure up to the public opinion. The same goes to all you women politicians who stand before the rakyat in soiled fabrics of self-glory, corruption and deceit.

Dr. Wan Azizah is one woman who has never uttered any profanity or curses unlike one infamous Minister who is known to freely use the four-letter word even in her own office.

Dr. Wan Azizah is also completely clean and clear of any form of corruption and misplaced abuse of power unlike other BN women leaders who have scandals after scandals layered over them. Never mind the un-ending stories that the staff of these corrupt women leaders trade within family circles.

Take a look at how humbly Dr. Wan dresses and take a peep at the obnoxious jewels decking the others. The non-verbal message cannot lie Madame politicians!

And when you see this lady of hope, you also cannot miss seeing the fine daughter she has raised. Let us not forget that this young girl felled a seasoned veteran. That in itself speaks volumes.

And of course, at the helm is the man of the moment DSAI who the forces are trying to kill and at all costs – latest being that a BN mole is already walking within the corridors of the US government to bribe his way through.

Let us not forget that when the court finally threw out the first sodomy charges, the former PM never even apologized to Dr Wan and us all citizens. In Malay we say ‘kejam’.

With the entire nation of God fearing, loyal and patriotic citizens praying for Dr Wan and her family, we know God will not let us down. Viva Malaysia!
