Hey Nat! It’s been a while … but in the meanwhile, as the US Elections continue to brew around me and underdogs begin to emerge… some as pillars of hope that perhaps people are at the point of being inspired that change, is, an achievable reality… I think about home. And see no reason why we too, cannot do it. Change for the better. :)

Here’s an awesome song (do read the speech outlined on the right), made by will.i.am based on one of obama’s speeches.

    Yes, We can too :)

Recently there was an article written by someone that the receipients of the casino and APs had diversified so much that they could be very profitable even if the licence and AP were withdrawn. Did any of the government officials see this article? I am advocating that the licence to operate the casino and the allocations of APs be withdrawn.
A new licence could be tendered out to a new operator, thus the government would make some money for the treasury.
Similarly the APs shoud be tendered out to any Malaysian at a reserved price as indicated (Rm 30,000). If 60000APs were tendered out yearly, the treasury would have an additional RM 1.8billion. This amount of money could help to defray some costs in the petrol or other subsidies.

  • [...] So I wonder how these money-minded Chinese will feel when their hard-earned, well, money, is being taxed for this. [...]

  • Very powerful use of powerpoint, Padma, congrats. Anybody who sees this and votes BN must be closely related to Patrick Lim, Vincent Tan, Ananda Krishnan, Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhary, Najib, KJ, Hishamuddin and the rest of the Malaysia Boleh Buccaneers.
