This isn’t even in response to burning tyres in the streets of KL. It’s just a simple NGO ceramah supposed to be held tonight in faraway Terengganu.

Was the government so freaked out at the thousands who were looking to attend, that they resorted to hurting innocent citizens by firing tear gas into crowds.

Is this what they mean by a people-friendly budget?

Is the SB telling the Terengganu government that the people are well poised to throw BN out of the state government, causing them to get trigger-happy nervous?

This wasn’t even DS’es Anwar or Hadi Awang, the only opposition speaking were second tier leadership.
