Update 11.30am: From Arul of Jerit – Apparently, the developers obtained an ex-parte injunction, which calls for the villagers to attend an inter-parte hearing on 14th March. The developers are using the ex-parte injunction as justification to tear down the houses; they have massive manpower support from RELA members, who outnumber the villagers greatly.
Suaram has also sent out an urgent appeal - giving a list of individuals you can call, fax or e-mail.

Early information is a bit scant, but it appears MPAJ is back at Kg Berembang and they’ve brought bulldozers.
Second hand information indicates that some gangster-looking people are also at the scene. Just hearsay for now, am expecting some live reports soon.
