Hope you’ll have a look at this event: a memorial and tribute to activists and reformists who have passed on – luminaries who have fought hard to affect some little change in a country we all love so much, in which so few dare to hope.
The latest to join these ranks is Dr. Syed Hussein Alatas :( Founder of Gerakan back when it truly stood a chance of being multiethnic (lost days! :( ), Allahyarham Dr. Syed Hussein Alatas seems like he truly did his part in trying to move Malaysia forward.

Having just upgraded to WordPress 2.1 (now everything looks like wp.com! :P :) , it’s as good a time as any to make some changes that have been languishing too long; amongst them is announcing events that I’m not comfortable posting up at bangkit.net, due to their political nature (purely political events, opposition organised functions, etc). I’m not sure I’ll be able to cover as much as I’d like, but I’ll look for you to help!
Events will be announced on the sidebars (currently the one on the left, below the bangkit banner).
Hopefully I’ll get my act together and make a bunch of necessary changes (putting up my e-mail, updating page info, etc) soon enough!
